Counseling
Our counselor, Jeff Kraczek, LCSW, provides individual counseling to help overcome many of life’s challenges. His services are confidential and are provided in a relaxing, therapeutic setting. Jeff has over 25 year’s experience providing psychotherapy services. His services include counseling in various areas, including:

Peer Support
Peer support services are provided by Ana Cortazar, CPSS, Lauri Hayes, CPSS, and Cassie Funkhouser, CPSS.
Peer Support services are recovery based. A certified peer support specialist utilizes training, lived experiences and knowledge to mentor, guide, and coach the individual as they identify recovery and resilience goals. This is a strength-based program that promotes self-determination and choice, and inspires hope to the individual through progress and the recovery process.
CBRS/Skill Building
Colby Lyons, BA and Trudy Yowell, MA help clients develop skills to help them regain control in their lives, such as social skills, life skills, and managing personal finances. Colby also works with children and youth to help them succeed in their homes and at school.
CBRS focus on increasing self-esteem and decreasing counterproductive behaviors in the following areas:
Vocational
Educational
Financial
Social relationships/ support
Family
Basic Living skills
Housing/ Community/ Legal/ Health/ Medical
Case Management can assist with:
Transition Services, linking and coordinating between providers. Case Management helps the individual gain and maintain access to benefits and services as well as providers.
